Complex Litigation
A litigation has a higher complexity when; or judicial coordination is necessary in various jurisdictions or court levels, or when it is necessary to work jointly with different areas and branches of our firm - which require greater knowledge, experience and skills in conflict resolution and negotiation processes. For this reason, we have an area specialized in complex litigation, both in ordinary and higher courts such Courts of Appeals, and our Hon. Supreme Court.
In addition, there are matters that, due to their complex nature, already lead to this section, such as procedures for economic crimes, bankruptcy proceedings, insolvency and reorganization of companies, concessions of a different nature, conflicts between shareholders, environmental procedures, arbitrations, among other matters.
