Commercial Law

Commercial law has - as its basic function, to regulate the exchange of goods and services, and as a scope to regulate all the legal implications that derive from these acts. Among these, we find contractual relationships done by corporations, either among themselves and/or with third parties outside the business. This concept has a broad legislative scope, far to be known in the corporate sphere, since it can include acts of people who are not even engaged in commerce, on a regular basis.

Our Commercial Law area is always in contact with our clients, in order to advise in a prompt and timely manner, regarding any aspect that reaches or may be regulated by this particular branch of law. We provide preventive advice to our clients, with a view to providing the greatest amount of information related to current legal regulations, and how corporate activities may and could be affected in their development, thereby avoiding eventual administrative sanctions.

At the judicial level, we advise our clients in the defense and representation of any difference arising from the development of a business that could be considered commercial, with the consequences that this legal branch contains.
