Our Corporate Labor Law area focuses its efforts on creating corporate policies that establish clear relationships between the company and its collaborators, acting preventively to the generation of any difference between both parties. To do this, we analyze all due diligence processes and others that may modify already established policies, such as mergers and acquisitions, or other similar circumstances.
In terms of subcontracting services (outsourcing), we analyze the contractual relationships to identify and mitigate any risk or liability associated with a possible incident that implies the responsibility of our clients, in a preventive manner.
Our team is highly trained to participate in collective negotiations, either within one or several companies of different sectors, such as corporate holdings. Our operational force focuses on advising our clients on labor lawsuits and claims, mainly those arising from work-related accidents and professional illnesses.
