Insurance Law
Our Insurance area is one of the most used by our clients, as it has extensive experience and a team that allows us to provide fully comprehensive advice. To do this, we advise our clients at all stages of contracting coverages associated with the risks inherent to their corporate activity, and then we actively participate in any eventual dispute that may arise with insurance companies.
Labor Law
Our Corporate Labor Law area focuses its efforts on creating corporate policies that establish clear relationships between the company and its collaborators, acting preventively to the generation of any difference between both parties. To do this, we analyze all due diligence processes and others that may modify already established policies, such as mergers and acquisitions, or other similar circumstances.
Tax Law
Our Tax Law area offers advice to corporate groups, in all areas of taxation and tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence processes, negotiations and contracts, and project financing.
We advise our clients on audit matters tax, and we accompany them in the development of investment projects, to offer them a comprehensive service. In addition, we constantly carry out an analysis from the legal perspective, of all legislative initiatives and jurisprudence in tax matters, which affect or may affect them.
Commercial Law
Commercial law has as its basic function to regulate the exchange of goods and services, and as a scope to regulate all legal implications that arise from these acts. Among these, the contractual relationships done by CEO's, either among themselves and/or with third parties outside the business. This concept has a fairly broad legislative scope and little known in the corporate sphere, since it can include acts of people who are not even engaged in commercial activities, on a regular basis.
Complex Litigation
A litigation has a higher complexity when; or judicial coordination is necessary in various jurisdictions or court levels, or when it is necessary to work jointly with different areas and branches of our firm - which require greater knowledge, experience and skills in conflict resolution and negotiation processes. For this reason, we have an area specialized in complex litigation, both in ordinary and higher courts, in each city across the country.
